About the product

A column of living fire that becomes the centre of the evening. The flame from wood pellets fills a 100 cm glass tube. No electricity, no gas and no mechanisms: the fuel feeds down by gravity, and you can top it up at any moment without interrupting the burn.

What sets it apart

Up to 4 hours on one fill. The hopper holds about 6 kg of pellets.
Borosilicate glass. Resistant to high temperatures and sudden temperature changes, easy to remove and clean.
Clean combustion. Hardwood pellets burn without smoke or exhaust smell, and the small amount of ash collects in the ash drawer.
Real warmth. An output of approx. 3 to 4.5 kW warms the space around the table on cool evenings.
Stable, heavy base. Adjustable feet stand securely on decking, paving and grass. The hopper lid doubles as a small side table.

How long does a full pellet hopper last?

A full hopper gives about 4 hours of continuous burning. You can top up pellets as it burns.

What is the capacity of the pellet hopper?

The hopper holds about 6 kg of pellets. An aluminium shaped scoop for filling is included.

How do I clean the glass tube?

The tube is easy to remove and clean with a brush and cleaning liquid. The brush is included.

How tall is the flame?

The flame fills the entire 100 cm glass tube, creating a column of fire.

Does it smoke when burning?

No. With hardwood pellets, combustion is clean and even, with no smoke.

Does ash form during operation?

Yes, but very little. The ash collects in the ash pan and only needs emptying after about 8 hours of use.

How to use

1. Place the torch on a stable, non-flammable surface: a patio, grass or paving.

2. Fill the hopper with pellets. A full hopper gives up to 4 hours of fire.

3. Light the pellets with a firelighter or lighter through the opening at the bottom.

4. After about 10 minutes the flame will fill the whole glass tube.

5. Once cooled, empty the ash pan. The torch is ready for the next evening.
